About Me

As I said before; I'm Suz.  Susan actually, but really, the people that know and trust me the most call me Suz, so if we are going to work together let's start with that trust right away. 

I'd love to tell you a little about me, but equally important I'd like to learn a little about you. I'm a kind, generous, intentional human. I'm a hard worker, passionate about what I do, but more notably I think I'm passionate about how I do it. I can produce great outcomes; exceptional outcomes maybe even, but so can a lot of people out there. Great relationships in life are all about chemistry. I care about doing the work, but my decisions as to how to do the work are always driven by how it will make others feel. That doesn't mean that I shy away from the hard conversations, that just means that I put in the work to earn the trust and credibility on the front end, and that I always keep the personal element in what I do.  

I'm a mom, a dog lover, a person that loves sitting in the sun, near the water, under the trees, and under the stars. I'm curious and creative, and interested in taking risks outside of my comfort zone knowing that the reward of a 'failed' risk is always greater than that of a 'safe' win. When I asked my AI tool recently what TV star pesona I'm most like, it told me that I "give off major Amy Poehler (AKA Leslie Knope) meets Joanna Gaines energy".  As much as I wish that were true, I think a more accurate description is probably closer to "Leslie Knope trying to be Joanna Gaines on the weekends" type energy and I'm good with that.
