Executive Support, Simplified.

Consider it cared for.

Delightfully Done provides dedicated executive assistant support for busy leaders who need a trusted partner to manage the details — so you can focus on what only you can do.

What exactly is Delightfully Done?

It's not so much a what as it is a who and a how.  Delightfully Done is me - Suz.  I've been supporting high-level, highly-driven Executives, Entrepreneurs, and Solopreneurs for the last 15+ years, and I've learned a lot along the way.  I've learned how to prioritize my time, how to work efficiently, how to manage calendars, communicate with clients, Board Members, external and internal stakeholders and everyone in between.  I've mastered the art of protecting my executive's time, and removing roadblocks before they are even aware that they exist, but there are a lot of incredibly talented individuals out there than can do all that.

For me, I think the magic comes in being able to read between the lines, to use all of the context clues available to me to put together the pieces of the puzzle before anyone even tells me there's a puzzle to solve.  The magic is in the HOW the work is done, and in that way I also believe the magic is in WHO is doing the work.  When I have the opportunity to work with someone, I genuinely want them to feel delighted by that experience.  I want people who interact with me (even if only ever digitally), to feel somehow seen, respected, and valued.  There are a lot of aspects of being an EA that require holding ground for your Executive; drawing boundaries, declining meetings, confirming a ten min virtual meeting instead of the 90 min lunch that was requested. The question is, how do you want someone to feel when you ask your EA to cancel a meeting last minute, or when you have to decline an internal project because it doesn't align with the quarterly goals. The way that you make people feel is always what they will remember, and as a busy Executive, like it or not, the reality is that often times people that interact with your EA instead of with you directly will ultimately associate the way your Assistant makes them feel with how they feel about you. That is why you should want your work Delightfully Done. Regardless of whether I am helping you book a week-long team engagement event, preparing you for travel, setting up new infrastructure to prepare for upcoming growth, or strategizing with you on the right direction for your next project, you, and all others involved in the work, should feel as if every aspect is being taken care of; every detail is being considered.

When you trust me enough to partner with me, to delegate things to me, to strategize and build with me, you should always feel as if the work is being Delightfully Done.  And, when you hand that very precious project, or client, or stakeholder off to me for follow through or follow up, you can do so with confidence.  You can consider it cared for.
